Melalui video berdurasi 1 menit, pihak yang menyebut diri sebagai Hacktivist 1435 itu menyampaikan ancaman menggunakan bahasa Inggris dan diterjemahkan dengan teks berbahasa Indonesia.

Di awal rekaman tersebut, terdengar satu narator berkata, "Dengan nama Allah, pesan untuk pemerintah Indonesia. Kami peretas dari Tentara Ansar Khilafah. Apa yang telah kamu lakukan kepada saudara-saudaraku?"

Suara pria itu kemudian terdengar membahas segala kesewenangan yang dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia terhadap "saudara-saudara"-nya, seperti penjara, pembunuhan, dan siksaan, hingga pemblokiran akun sosial media.

"Kami akan membalas semua yang telah Anda lakukan. Kami akan berjuang dan meneror Anda di dunia nyata dan dunia maya. Kami akan menyerang dan meneror Anda di dunia maya. Kami akan berbagi akun yang telah kami retas untuk saudara kami Ansar Khilafah untuk melanjutkan dakwah dan jihad," katanya.

Ancaman itu ditutup dengan pernyataan berbunyi, "Kami Divisi Peretas ISIS. Kami berjuang untuk meninggikan Alquran. Kami Hacktivist 1435, Ansar Caliphate Army. Kami akan menemukanmu dan kami akan membunuhmu."
