Saat itu, Prabowo sempat lupa nomor urut jabatan Megawati sebagai Presiden RI. Kejadian itu bermula saat Prabowo menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada pejabat negara yang telah hadir menyaksikan langsung pertandingan final pencak silat Asian Games 2018 di Padepokan Pencak Silat TMII, Jakarta Timur.

Untuk diketahui, pejabat negara dan tokoh politik yang hadir saat itu ialah Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla, Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri, dan Menteri Kemenko PMK Puan Maharani.

"Saya atas nama masyarakat pencak silat Indoensia mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Bapak Presiden RI (Jokowi) kepada Wakil Presiden RI (JK) dan Ibu Presiden RI yang ke?," tanya Prabowo sambil menatap Megawati.

Saat itu Megawati refleks menepuk bahu Prabowo sambil menjawab pertanyaan Prabowo.

"Kelima, jangan lupa," ucap Megawati mengundang tawa.

Prabowo menjelaskan pencak silat menjadi bagian penting di saat Indonesia sedang memasuki tahun politik. Hal itu disebabkan banyak pejabat negara dan tokoh politik yang hadir saat pertandingan final dan duduk bersama untuk mendukung para atlet pencak silat.

"Bayangkan semua hadir di sini di saat-saat kritis, ini membangkitkan semangat untuk masyarakat pencak silat, kita bangga bisa berperan, berbuat yang terbaik untuk bangsa. Kalau sudah untuk negara dan bangsa kita semua bersatu tidak ada perbedaan," pungkas Prabowo.
