Kapolda Riau yang baru menjabat ini mengatakan akan mengantisipasi acara deklarasi #2019GantiPresiden, yang akan dilaksanakan Minggu (26/8) mendatang.

"Ya nanti kami akan lakukan strategi yang tidak mungkin saya sampaikan di sini," kata Widodo.

Sebagaimana diketahui, sejumlah elemen masyarakat sebelumnya sudah menggelar demo penolakan deklarasi #2019GantiPresiden. Malah ormas Pemuda Pancasila Riau mengancam akan mencegat panitia yang datang dari Jakarta di Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim Pekanbaru.

PP Riau akan bergerak membatalkan rencana aksi tersebut. Mereka akan mengepung bandara untuk mengusir para panitia deklarasi #2019GantiPresiden.

Brigjen Pol Widodo Eko Prihastopo Resmi Jabat Kapolda Riau, Ini Dia Riwayat Jabatan

Jabatan Kapolda Riau hari ini, Senin (20/8/2018) secara resmi berganti dari Irjen Pol Nandang kepada Brigjen Pol Widodo Eko Prihastopo.

Kapolri, Jendral Tito Karnavian melakukan proses serah terima jabatan ini langsung di Mabes Polri pagi tadi.

Irjen Pol Nandang akan menempati jabatan baru selaku Pejabat Tinggi Baintelkam Polri, dengan penugasan di Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN).

Kapolda Riau yang baru, Brigjen Pol Widodo Eko Prihastopo sebelmnya menjabat sebagai Wakil Kapolda (Wakapolda) Jawa Timur.

Pergantian jabatan Kapolda ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Telegram Kapolri Nomor : ST/ 2015 / VIII / KEP/2018. Telegram tersebut tertanggal, Senin (13/8/2018).
