Beritaterheboh.com - Polisi menangkap tujuh orang preman yang sering memalak di kawasan rumah toko (Ruko) Taman Palem Lestari, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.

Ketujuh orang tersebut berpura-pura menjadi petugas kemanan.

"Modus para pelaku ini menagih uang untuk keamanan dengan memberi ancaman jika tidak diberikan maka ruko korban akan dirusak," kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat, AKBP Edi Sitepu saat dihubungi, Minggu (26/7/2018).

Berdasarkan keterangan di akun @polres_jakbar, para preman berkedok sekuriti itu sering beraksi memeras para pemilik ruko. Jumlahnya lumayan besar hingga puluhan juta rupiah.

Apabila sang pemilik ruko tidak mau membayar uang yang diminta para preman itu, maka fasilitas ruko akan dirusak. Bahkan bangunan yang ada sekalipun.

"Hingga akhirnya team jatanras satreskrim polres metro Jakarta Barat melakukan penangkapan terhadap para oknum security ini....bahkan polisi yang menyamarpun memperolah kekerasan dari kelompok preman ini...," tulis akun @polres_jakbar.

Tujuh orang pelaku tersebut yakni MG alias IM (43), SI alias HI (40), MN (37), VY (50), MA (38), FP (46), dan SN (33).

Mereka ditangkap pada Jumat (24/8/18) setelah ada laporan warga yang ditagih uang belasan juta.

"Petugas berhasil menangkap para pelaku yang sedang melancarkan aksinya merantai dan menggembok pintu ruko serta merusak jalan yang sedang diperbaiki oleh korban," kata Edi.

Petugas mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 buah gembok, 1 buah rantai, 3 pecahan papan triplek, dan satu buah anyaman kawat

"Akibat perbuatannya, tujuh orang pelaku tersebut bakal kita jerat Pasal 335 KUHP dan 368 KUHP dan 170 KUHP" ucap Edi.
