Dilansir TribunWow.com, hal tersebut ia sampaikan melalui akun Twitter pribadinya @sudjiwotedjo pada Senin (20/8/2018).

Dalam cuitan tersebut, Sudjiwo Tedjo meminta kepada publik agar tidak golput untuk mencegah orang jahat menjadi pemimpin.

Setelah itu, Sudjiwo Tedjo khawatir jika sosok yang dipilih adalah orang jahat namun dipoles seakan tak jahat.

Kemudian, ia mengatakan bahwa di era saat ini, kebenaran sudah tidak terlalu penting dibandingkan polesannya.

“Mari jgn Golput utk mencegah orang jahat jd pemimpin” itu bener kalau yg kita coblos memang orang yg gak jahat. Bagaimana kalau yang kita coblos justru orang jahat tapi dipoles seakan tak jahat dalam era Post Truth ini, era ketika kebenaran ud gak penting yg penting polesannya?," tulisnya.

Lantas, cuitan tersebut, ditanggapi oleh seorang netizen dengan akun @aritedjo.

Akun @aritedjo itu menanyakan apakah Sudhiwo Tedjo bermaksud menyindir Prabowo.

"Mbah, nyindir Prabowo yaa??," tulis akun @aritedjo.

Lantaran mendapatkan pertanyaan seperti itu, Sudjiwo Tedjo sontak menjawab bahwa ia tidak menyindir Prabowo melainkan menyindir dirinya sendiri.
