Untuk itu, Aliansi Sipil Palembang (ASP) mengancam menolak kedatangan dua tokoh tersebut demi menjaga kestabilan keamanan di Kota Palembang.

Sebab gerakan #2019GantiPresiden berpotensi melahirkan kekacauan di Kota Palembang.

“Jadi kami imbau lebih baik tidak usah dilaksanakan. Apalagi saat ini Palembang tengah adanya perhelatan Asian Games,” kata Koordinator ASP Andreas OP saat memberikan keterangan pers.

ASP juga meminta pihak keamanan untuk melakukan langkah pencegahan.

Jika tidak, ASP akan melakukan aksi penghadangan terhadap kedua tokoh tersebut. Karena mereka tidak ingin masyarakat menjadi terpecah belah.

“Jadi kami minta pihak keamanan untuk mengambil langkah preventif agar keamanan di Kota Palembang dapat dijaga,” tandasnya.

Untuk diketahui, Ratna Sarumpaet akan menjadi pembicara dalam diskusi publik menyongsong Indonesia bangkit bertemakan Selamatkan Indonesia kembali Ke UUD 1945, Mutlak. Acara dijadwalkan berlangsung di Hotel D Zuri, Palembang.(Pojoksatu.id)
