"Sangat nggak ada pengawasan, kalau sampai seperti itu kan sangat nggak ada pengawasan. Satpol PP ke mana, Disparbud ngapain saja," kata Ketua Fraksi PDIP DKI Gembong Warsono di gedung DPRD, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (20/8/2018).

Gembong menyebut Gubernur DKI Anies Baswedan tidak bekerja dengan baik. Dia menyebut kebijakan untuk mengawasi prostitusi di Jakarta disebut hanya sebagai retorika.

"Artinya, retorikanya Pak Anies itu kan dalam implementasi di lapangan kan kayak bumi sama langit kan. Ini menjadikan Jakarta sebagai kota bersyariah tapi faktanya masih seperti itu," jelas Gembong.

Gembong menilai Anies belum bisa memetakan kebijakannya. Dia ingin pengawasan terhadap prostitusi menjadi prioritas kebijakan Anies.

"Kalau Pak Gubernur melakukan pemetaan yang benar terhadap persoalan Jakarta, maka fokus kerjanya akan pada hal yang prioritas tadi," terang Gembong.

Sebelumnya, kontingen Jepang memulangkan empat atletnya. Di sela-sela Asian Games 2018, keempat atlet tersebut mengunjungi kawasan 'hitam' di Jakarta.

Dikutip dari AFP, keempat atlet basket yang dipulangkan ke Jepang adalah Yuya Nagayoshi, Takuya Hashimoto, Takuma Sato, dan Keita Imamura. Demikian pernyataan resmi Japanese Olympic Committee, Senin (20/8).

"Saya merasa malu. Kami meminta maaf sebesar-besarnya dan akan membimbing atlet kami mulai sekarang," demikian pernyataan chef de mission kontingen Jepang, Yasuhiro Yamashita.

Dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta hari ini, Kepala Kontingen Jepang Yasuhiro Yamashita mengatakan keempat atlet Jepang itu meninggalkan kampung atlet pada Kamis (16/8) setelah pukul 22.00 WIB untuk makan malam di sebuah restoran Jepang di kawasan Blok M dan kemudian mereka 'membayar jasa PSK'.
